Natalie Adu is the enthusiastic CEO and founder of The Behavior Blueprint, a pioneering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company with a mission to enrich the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Natalie's academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Management, paired with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Natalie's dedication to ABA stems from a profound passion for making a tangible difference in the lives of those she serves. Her approach at The Behavior Blueprint LLC is a testament to her belief in blending rigorous, data-driven methods with a personal, compassionate touch. She understands that each individual with ASD presents a distinct set of challenges, and she is committed to developing and implementing interventions that are not only effective but also empathetic and tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Throughout her career, Natalie has had the privilege of working closely with children facing a wide array of challenges, including nonverbal communication, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, aggression, PICA, and self-injurious behaviors. Her experience has equipped her with the skills to create personalized strategies that address these complex issues, always with the goal of empowering each child to build essential skills and achieve a more fulfilling and independent life.

Derick S. Adu is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career spanning education, healthcare, and regulatory compliance. As the Chief Operating Officer at The Behavior Blueprint, he brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to equity.
Derick's passion for advancing equity, particularly in underserved communities, is evident in his advocacy for My Brother's Keeper (MBK). His belief in the power of inclusion and tailored support has driven his work throughout his career.
Prior to joining The Behavior Blueprint, Derick served as Medicaid Compliance Officer for Yonkers Public Schools. In this role, he successfully oversaw the district's Medicaid Compliance Program, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations and driving operational efficiency. His leadership was instrumental in developing corrective action plans and aligning district policies with state Medicaid guidelines, resulting in millions in Medicaid revenue.
Derick's experience in healthcare extends beyond regulatory compliance. He has a proven track record in managing complex financial operations, preparing reports for senior leadership, and negotiating major contracts. His strong analytical skills and leadership experience have enabled him to drive improvements in operational processes and ensure organizational success.
At The Behavior Blueprint, Derick plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, implementing strategic initiatives,and ensuring the organization delivers the highest standards of care. Derick holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from Mercy College. With over a decade of experience in operational excellence, strategic growth, and regulatory compliance, Derick is dedicated to making a positive impact and driving meaningful change.
